About me

OK, I really am quite brilliant and rugged, agile & fleet of foot (a great dancer, I'm told...), very much a free spirit and definitely NOT part of the herd! I'm truly passionate about life and the human virtues. A well-educated pacifist given to a positive outlook. People treat me as a natural leader and, rather reluctantly, I often find myself the centre of attention. Defined a genius in my teenage years, I excelled in tertiary studies and was an academic by age 24. Then retired early to escape institutional confines & a pointless marriage. 3 great grown-up kids, however (my best friends, of course). I LOVE music. Dancing. Books. Archives... the Australian wilderness landscape (even have shares in a large inland property... red earth, shards of quartz, deep in a forest, with kangaroos, emus, goats etc). I've been celibate for over 8 years now... waiting for Ms. Right... old-fashioned moral attitude mixed with a true spiritual overview of sexual intimacy. Hopeless Romantic too, I guess... Mine is a life given to creative activity, meditation & reflection, the graceful, the elegant and the beautiful... the metaphysical too. I'm a good listener, talker, cook, carpenter, gardener, designer, mural painter & I drive a fully-equipped Landcruiser campervan (high-top) and I love that open life on the road it permits. Nothing really bothers me except, maybe, psychotics running loose in the world... People think I'm under 45 (true!) but you can decide for yourself... &, well, I've decided I'm gonna live 'til I'm 108, at least... God willing.
