About me

Who am I? Well, I am: a 34-year-old single mom to two boys... a resident of the oftentimes boring state of Maine, where I grew up.. a recent divorcee ... a smart girl, kind of geeky/dorky... a full figured gal with a lot of heart... I'm also relatively shy and innocent, lol. I also am, in no particular order: friendly, stubborn, giving, thoughtful, artistic, a writer, a listener, one who asks questions, one who is sorting out life, cautious, flirty, honest, allergic to cats and dogs, goofy, sarcastic, reliable, loyal, committed to my kids, committed to myself, funny at times, respectful of others, looking for love... I can be a bit moody lately, lol. I want so much for my future and lately it seems like I am starting from scratch in life. That is kind of overwhelming, I guess. Looks: 5'8" (taller in heels), would classify myself as "thick" or voluptuous aka full-figured... very dark brunette hair and hazel eyes that change color depending on mood/clothing... My style is relatively girly and casual, although I do love to wear dresses often... I am a bit sarcastic at times, but always good-natured... I listen to all types of music, but am not a huge fan of classical, jazz or older country. I enjoy watching comedies, if I am going to the movies, or perhaps a good suspense flick. I enjoy reading/watching the news, some reality tv shows, and lots and lots o' Spongebob Squarepants. Ummm, yeah... I also enjoy getting out into nature once in awhile, and hiking. I'm "attempting" to get into better shape at the moment, by going to an exercise class... woohoo! And I try to stay active, for the most part, although I do love to have easy, relaxing days at home too.

About you

What am I looking for? someone interesting... someone educated (please attempt to spell/make sentences correctly or I will likely not respond)... sensitivity, but strength... friends at first, with the option to grow into something more if we click... I am a relationship gal, and will NOT do a friends with benefits deal... please have a good sense of humor, because laughter is very important to me... please don't expect ME to pay for you if we go out... please don't be dependent on substances... please have goals in life and an idea on where you want to be in the future... also, KNOW that my kids are my highest priority in life.
