About me

A cup of coffee. Want to try for that?I have strong feelings about music (singer/songwriter combos are my favorite)- ask me. I yearn for great LIVE music. I can chat about favorite movies and poems and sushi bars and art exhibits. I can't speak sports as well as I should, and I like watching sports more than playing them; I think I just like getting caught up in the excitement of the game. I love hiking in the woods and camping on the beach. My best friendships go back over 20 years. I am kind of a computer geek. I am open-minded. I can talk politics but find this so frustrating that I prefer long kisses and lots of touching instead. I like to paint (badly) and to make movies. I karaoke (also badly) but with gusto. If you are going to do it, do it with conviction, I say. I really want to sky dive and scuba dive but have I have been too chicken to do either (can you make me???)I have a past but nothing scary. I have learned to really appreciate a man's kindness and interest. I have traveled all over with the “less is more” philosophy; instead of collecting snapshots of all the famous places, I would rather stay at one place for a while and really get the feel the place and the people.

About you

I miss the physical and emotional company of a smart man. The more wit, the better, and I love a sense of humor, a sense of play and creativity. He doesn’t need to be a big talker, but major points if he has an opinion about music or books or current events - I am attracted to strong and confident men who aren't afraid to make decisions and have opinions - and men who are not threatened by a smart, creative and independent woman.
