I understand EXACTLY what you mean. I signed on about 5 minutes ago and this person from Ghana has sent me at least 10 instant message invites and I keep clicking on the decline button. I guess they do not understand what 'decline' means. This happens everytime I sign on. When someone does that, I always check their profile and if they are not anywhere near where I am, "DECLINE", because obviously they have NOT read my profile.
