hi there i agree with u at some point but i also diagree in another way. couse not all africans scam. but ur right when u sayed african's live in a low standard, there are peoples which have hight in there economic standard. 1 more thing i now that we are under developed state but there are countries, cites, etc... that live well just as same as u guys out there. 10nq every much

Hmmm.....Well, it's so unfortunate about the stigma about Africans......Very unfortunate.....I am a South African, I have also heard people from certain countries, which I wouldn't mention, but certainly not AFRICANS......trying to scam you...I am not saying this just to defend Africans, but what I am trying to say is that, it is not a good thing to keep saying all African people are scammers, I don't see that as a polite word(s) at all......Anyways, maybe it's just my own thought......

I was almost taken in. I had talked to someone who was originally from the states then went to Nigeria. Talk about a con. He had wanted me to give him my credit card number so that "His agent"could money on the card and then I could send it to him,Supposedly he didn't have a bank account over there. He sent a check wanted me to wire him the money after he gave me 1,500.I would have to wire it in amounts of 50 I think is what he said. The check was mailed from California with a either a BurgerKing or mcdonalds address. The check was drawn on a bank in Florida and the account was closed. I knew from the start it was all bogus but needed as much info as possible to report.The conversation was about money and he got very leery when I would talk about an appointment with my lawyer which had nothing to do with him. This person hasn't been on line for 192 days. Just be careful if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. Don't fall for I can't cash a check wherever they are as to they don't have any account.His id was john_francis011

my intention was just to clarify position. i have very good friends from Africa. if you read my blog it is positive to Africans and not negative. what i have emphasized is that if everybody is careful then all bad elements would disappear automatically.

so if you meet them you would feel it is ok to send them money?why?why not just donate your money to a trusted

I son't know abut that, I will disagree and continue to claim that most of the people on this site are scammers.
Don't send any money. That is a good rule.
And report someone as a fraud who writes to you if their profile says that they are from somewhere and then they tell you they are from africa.
As far as that is concerned they sould also put in their profile that they cannot afford to travel and that you will be the one who will have to travel to them.
Since I cannot say that I have met anyone on this site for whom this holds true, I would have to say that they are all frauds and scammers until now.
