| So out of interest and curiosity, I took at look at the address posted using Google Maps. It's Shorewood Park in Burien, WA. Quick satellite image would show trees -- no house, but lots and lots of trees. Although if you were paying for a plane ticket, it's not far from Sea-Tac. :) | |

| This is a story I have heard so many times it's beginning to get sickening. The people who send money to a person they have never laid eyes upon are foolish. Rule of thumb.....In the words of the great Forest Gump, " Stupid is as Stupid Does." If you can't find anyone on a free site goto a reputable pay site. At least the fee you pay there helps cover you ass. Reputable pay sites also do extensive background checks on their women or men. Sexy photos and laced letters are not worth $3800. Use your head not your heart or other appendage. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR LOVE...IF SHE CARES SO MUCH THEN SHE WILL NOT ASK FOR MONEY....NEVER,.. | Well, I have tried too be scammed so many times that I lost count, they want too get too know you , pretend that they are interested and then after you talk for awhile, they need you too send them money...usually for a sick mom ,a cell phone or for a project that they need help with...GOD how I wish there where some real honest too good men on these sites, all the wasted time it's such a shame, all we want is too find that special person and in up with liers! | I have had many scammers try and they all have different reasons they need the money, the best was the guy who tried 2X's, he used a different profile for each id and sent me an IM before I gave him My ID for yahoo, and I have met the scammers from big buck Dating sites, not any of the free ones, the trick there is to get your IM id or regular email address, they wont talk to you more than 2 times on the paying site, and they get off the site within days of getting on, So Far I have only been approached on the paying sites, Teri | |

Africa is a blessed continent and indeed Nigeria is so blessed with a lot of human and natural resources why cant these people look for something good. | If someone asks you for money for any reason (mother's operation, or hospital or hotel bills, or for their travels, or because their credit card does not work there, or to help transport a large sum of money or jewelry) and they tell you to send it through western union or moneygram and they give you another contact name to send it to. If that other person loves you and wants to be with you they should come to you on their own money not your money. I have been scammed a couple of times. Also another tip. If they ask you to cash a check, it wil also be a scam. I had brought all the checks that were sent to me to the bank and they were all fraudulent checks and I gave them to the police along with the envelope it came in and the contact information that was sent to me. | |

| They are slimy schemers and almost convincing.And they come up with all imaginary strategies.But there's always a flaw in their stories.They range from personal stories to business stories. Like those who claim they can find you work in companies in their countries,pay for your air ticket and provide accommodation.The catch? you send them money in order for them to process visa for you in their country. PLEASE PLEASE, don't send money no matter how genuine their stories may sound.Unless you personally prove the story otherwise. There are many ways to tell a scammer .Most will lead you on while they hold back about themselves.They will ask you questions but when you ask them even the simple questions they go around them or they fabricate answers that don't add up in the end.Many of them don't come from where they claim. One of the simple ways to tell if a scammer comes from where they claim is to ask them to send you a simple cell phone message.Apart from satellite phones and computer messages or calls mobile phone details the origins ( country ) code. If one can not either call you or send you a text message claiming they can not afford or give other lame excuse then know that those persons have something to hide or they got ill motives.
