12  "So he said, "I will certainly be with you. And
this shall be a sign to you that I have sent you: When
you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall
serve God on this mountain."
13  Then Moses said to God, "Indeed, when I come
to the children of Israel and say to them, The God
of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they say to
me, 'What is His name?' what shall I say to them?"

And He said, Thus you shall say to the children of
Israel, I AM has sent me to you.'"

9 : 8 - 9, 11, 22

8  "So the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "Take
for yourselves handfulls of ashes from a furnace,
and let Moses scatter it toward the heavens in the
sightof Pharao.
9  "And it will become fine dust in all the land of
Egypt, and it will cause boils that break out in sores
on man and beast throughout all the land of Egypt."

11  "And the magicians could not stand before Mo-
ses because of the boils, for the boils were on the
magicians and on all the Egyptians."

22  "Then the LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your
hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all
the land of Egypt--on man,on beast, and on every
herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt."

10 : 7, 21

7  "Then Pharao's servants said to him, "how
long shall this man be a snare to us? Let the men
go that they may serve the LORD their God. Do you
not yet know that Egypt is destroyed?"

21  "Then the LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your
hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness
over the land of Egypt, darkness which may even
be felt."

12 : 7

7  'And they shall take some of the blood and put
it on their doorposts and on the lintel of the
houses where they eat it."

14 : 26

26  "Then the LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your
hand over the sea, that the waters may come back
upon the Egyptians, on their chariots, and on their
horsemen."

16 : 20

20  "Notwithstanding they did not heed Moses, but
some of them left part of it until morning, and it
bred worms and stank. And Moses was angry with
them."

17 : 6

6  "Behold, I will stand before you there on the
rock in Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and
water will come out of it, that the people may drink."
And moses did so in the site of the elders of Israel."

The Book of
NUMBERS

16 : 30 - 35

30  "But if the LORD creates a new thing, and the
earth opens its mouth and swallows them up with
all that belongs to them and they go down alive
into the pit, then you will understand that these men
have rejected the LORD."
31  Now it came to pass, as he finished speaking all
these words, that the ground split apart under them,
32  and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed
them up with their households, and all the men with
Korah, with all their goods.
33  So they and all those with them went down
alive into the pit; the earth closed over them, and
they perished from among the assembly.
34  Then all Israel who were around them fled at
their cry, for they said, "Lest the earth swallow us
up also!"
35  And a fire came out from the LORD and con-
sumed the two hundred and fifty men who were
offering incense."

The Book of
DEUTERONOMY

9 : 6 - 7

6  "Therefore understand that the LORD your God
is not giving you this good land to possess because
of your righteousness, for you are a stiff-necked
people.
7  "remember! Do not forget how you provoked
the LORD your God to wrath in the wilderness, From
the day that you departed from the land of Egypt
until you came to thi place, you have been rebel-
lious against the LORD."

The Book of
JOSHUA

23 : 11 - 13

11  "Therefore take areful heed to yourselves, that
you love the LORD your God.
12  "Or else, if indeed you do go back and cling to
the remnant of these nations--these that remain
among you--and make marriages with them, and
go in to them and they to you.
13  "Know for certain that the LORD your God will
no longer drive out these nations from before you.
But they shall be snares and traps to you, and
scourges on your sides and thorns in your eyes,
until you perish from this good land which the LORD
your God has given you."

The Book of
JUDGES

9 : 7 - 15

7

..."Listen to me, you men of Schechem,
That God may listen to you!
8  "The trees once went forth to anoint a king
       over them.
And they said to the olive tree,
     'Reign over us!'
9  But the olive tree said to them,
'Should I cease giving my oil,
With which they honor God and men,
And go to sway over trees?'

10  "Then the trees said to the fig tree,
'You come and reign over us!'
11  But the fig tree said to them,
'Should I cease my sweetness and my good
        fruit,
And go to sway over trees?'
12  "Then the trees said to the vine,
'You come and reign over us!'
13  But the vine said to them,
'Should I cease my new wine,
Which cheers both God an men,
And go to sway over trees?'

14  "then all the trees said to the bramble,
'You come and reign over us!'
15  And the bramble said to the trees,
'If in truth you anoint me as king over you,
      Then come and take shelter in my shade;
But if not, let fire come out of the bramble
And devour the cedars of Lebanon!'

23  Thus says Cyrus king of Persia:
All the kingdoms of the earth the LORD God of

    dream;
And he who has My word, let him speak My
    word faithfully.
What is the chaff to the wheat?" says the
    LORD.
29  "Is not My word like a fire?" says the LORD,
"And like a hammer that breaks the rock in
    pieces?

The Book of

17  "And as for you son of man, thus says the LORD
God, 'Speak to every sort of bird and to every beast
of the field:

    "Assemble yourselves and come;
Gather together from all sides to My sacrificial
      meal
Which I am sacrificing for you,
A great sacrificial meal on the mountains of Isreal.
That you may eat flesh and drink blood.
18   You shall eat the flesh of the mighty,
Drink the blood of the princes of the earth,
    Of rams and lambs,
    Of goats and bulls,
All of them fatlings of Bashan.
19   You shall eat fat till you are full,
And drink blood till you are drunk,
    At My sacrificial meal
Which I am sacrificing for you.
20   You shall be filled at My table
    With horses and riders,
    With mighty men
And with all the men of war," says the LORD God.

24  Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished;
and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his coun-
selors, "Did we not cast three men bound into the
midst of the fire? "They answered and said to the
king, "True, O king."
25   "Look!" he answered,"I see four men loose,
walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not
hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son
of God."

The Book of
HOSEA

11:12

12  "Ephraim has encircled Me with lies,
  And the house of Isreal with deceit;
But Judah still walks with God,
Even with the Holy One who is faithful.

The Book of
JOEL

2 : 28 - 32

28  "And it shall come to pass afterward
  That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions.
29  And also on My menservants and on My
      maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days.

30  "And I will show wonders in the heavens and in
      the earth:
Blood and fire and pillars of smoke.
31  The sun shall be turned into darkness,
  And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome
  day of the LORD
32  And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the LORD
  Shall be saved.
For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there
      shall be deliverance,
  As the LORD has said,
Among the remnant whom the LORD calls.

The Book of
AMOS

8 : 4 - 10

4  Hear this, you who swallow up the needy,
And make the poor of the land fail,

5  Saying:

"When will the New Moon be past,
  That we may sell grain?
  And the Sabbath,
  That we may trade wheat?
Making the ephah small and the shekel large,
  Falsifying the scales by deceit,
6  That we may buy the poor for silver,
And the needy for a pair of sandals-
  Even sell the bad wheat?"

7 The LORD has sworn by the pride of Jacob:
"Surely I will never forget any of their works.
8  Shall the land not tremble for this,
And everyone mourn who dwells in it?
All of it shall swell like the River,
  Heave and subside
  Like the River of Egypt.

9  "And it shall come to pass in that day,"
  says the LORD God,
"That I will make the sun go down at noon,
  And I will darken the earth in broad daylight;
10  I will turn your feasts into mourning,
  And all your songs into lamentation;
I will bring sackcloth on every waist,
  And baldness on every head;
I will make it like mourning for an only son,
And it's end like a bitter day.

The Book of
JONAH

2 : 1 - 10

Then Jonah prayed to the LORD his God from the fish's belly.
2  And he said:

"I cried out to the LORD because of my affliction,
  And He answered me.

"Out of the belly of Sheol I cried,
  And You heard my voice.
3  For you cast me into the deep,
Into the heart of the seas,
  And the floods surrounded me;
All Your billows and Your waves passed over
    me.
4  Then I said, 'I have been cast out of Your sight;
Yet I will look again toward your holy temple.'
5  The waters surrounded me, even to my soul;
  The deep closed around me;
Weeds were wrapped around my head,
6  I went down to the moorings of the mountains;
The earth with it's bars closed behind me
    forever;
Yet You have brought up my life from the pit,
  O LORD, my God.

7  "When my soul fainted with me,
  I remembered the LORD;
And my prayer went up to You,
  Into Your holy temple.

8  "Those who regard worthless idols
  forsake their own Mercy.
9  But I will sacrifice to You
  With the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay what I have vowed.
  Salvation is of the LORD."

MICAH

3 : 6 - 7

6  "Therefore you shall have night without vision,
  And you shall have darkness without divination;
The sun shall go down on the prophets,
And the day shall be dark for them.
7  So the seers shall be ashamed,
  And the diviners abashed;
  Indeed they shall all cover their lips;
For there is no answer from God."

The Book of
NAHUM

1 : 14

The LORD has given a command concerning
    you:
"Your name shall be perpetuated no longer.
Out of the house of your gods
I will cut off the carved image and the molded
    image.
  I will dig your grave,
  For you are vile."

The Book of
HABAKKUK

2  : 15 - 16

15  "Woe to him who gives drink to his neighbor,
  Pressing him to your bottle,
  Even to make him drunk,
That you may look on his nakedness!
16   You are filled with shame instead of glory.
  You also--drink!
  And be exposed as uncircumsized!
The cup of the LORD's right hand will be
    turned against you,
And utter shame will be your glory.

The Book of

Then you shall also judge My house,
    And likewise have charge of My courts;
I will give you places to walk
    Among these who stand here.

8  'Hear, O Joshua, the high priest,
You and your companions who sit before you,
    For they are a wonderous sign;
For behold, I am bringing forth My Servant
      the BRANCH.
9    For behold, the stone
That I have laid before joshua:
Upon the stone are seven eyes.
Behold, I will engrave it's inscription,'
    Says the LORD of hosts,
'And I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
10  In that day,' says the LORD of hosts,
    'Everyone will invite his neighbor
Under his vine and under his fig tree.'"

And the fire is not quenched.'

48  "where

      'Their worm does not die,
And the fire is not quenched.'

18
"The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me,
      Because He has annointed Me
      To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
      To set at liberty those who are opressed;

19
To proclaim the acceptable year of the
        LORD."

11 : 2 - 4

2  So He said to them, "When you pray, say;

    Our Father in heaven,
    Hallowed be Your name.
    Your kingdom come.
    Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
3  Give us day by day our daily bread.
4  And forgivus our sins,
For we also forgive everyone who is indebted
      to us.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one."

12 : 8 - 12

8  "Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before
men, him the Son of Man will also confess before
the angels of God.
9    "But he who denies Me before men will be de-
nied before the angles of God.
10    "And anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but to him who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it will not
be forgiven.
11  "No when they bring you to the synagogues and the magistrates and the authorities, do not worry about
how or what you should answer, or what you
should say.
12  "For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very
hour what you ought to say."

21 : 15 - 17

15  "for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which
all your adversaries will not be able to contradict
or resist.
16  "You will be betrayed even by parents and
brothers, relatives and friends; and they will put
some of you to death.
17  "And you will be hated by all for My name's
sake."

The Gospel According to
         JOHN

1 : 33 - 34, 3 : 14 - 18, 4 : 37 - 38, 6 : 27, 35

33  "I did not know Him, but He who sent me to
baptize with water said to me, Upon whom you see
the Spirit descending and remaining on Him, this
is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.'
34  "And I have seen and testified that this is the
Son of God."

3 : 14 - 18

14  "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wil-
derness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,
15  "that whoever believes in Him should not per-
ish but have eternal life.
16  "For God so loved the world that He gave His
only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have everlasting life.
17  "For God did not send His Son into the world
to condemn the world, but that the world through
Him might be saved.
18  "He who believes in Him is not condemned;
but he who does not believe is condemned already,
because he has not believed in the name of the only
begoten Son of God."

4 : 37 - 38

37  "For in this the saying is true: 'One sows and
another reaps.'
38  "I sent you to reap that for which you have not
labored; others have labored, and you have entered
into their labors."

6 : 27, 35

27  "Do not labor for the food which perishes, but
for the food which endures to everlasting life, which
the Son of Man will give you, because God the Fa-
ther has set His seal on Him."

35  "And Jesus  said to them, "I am the bread of life.
He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he
who believes in Me shall never thirst."

 THE ACTS
 of the Apostles

1 : 8, 9 : 4 - 6, 11 : 15 - 18

8  "But you shall receive power when the Holy
Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be wit-
to Me in Jeruslem, and in all Judea and
Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

9 : 4 - 6

4  "Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice
saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecut-
ing Me?"
5  And he said, "Who are You, LORD?" Then the
LORD said, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.
It is hard for you to kick against the goads."
6  So he, trembling and astonished, said, "LORD,
what do You want me to do?" Then the LORD said to
him, "Arise, and go into the city, where you will be told
what you must do."

11 : 15 - 18

15  "And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell
upon them, as upon us at the beginning.
16  "Then I remembered the word of the LORD, how
He said, 'John indeed baptized with water, but you
shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.'
17  "If therefore God gave them the same gift as He
gave us when we believed on the LORD Jesus Christ,
who was I that I could withstand God?"
18  When they heard these things they became si-
lent; and they glorified God, saying, "Then God has
also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life."

The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the
              ROMANS

12 : 10 - 13

10  "Be kindly affectionate to one another with
brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one
another;
11  not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serv-
ing the LORD;
12  rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, con-
tinuing steadfastly in prayer;
13  distributing to the needs of the saints, given
to hospitality."

The First Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the
              CORINTHIANS

14 : 27 - 29, 15 : 51 - 56

27  "If anyone speaks in a tongue, let there be two or
at the most three, each in turn, and let one interpet.
28  But if there is no interpreter, let him keep silent
in church, and let him speak to himself and to God.
29  Let two or three prophets speak, and let the
others judge.

15 : 51 - 56

51  "Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all
sleep, but we shall all be changed--
52  in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the
lest trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the
dead will be raised incorruptible, an we shall be
changed.
53  For this corruptible must put on incorruption,
and this mortal must put on immortality.
54  So when this corruptible has put on incorrup-
tion, and this mortal has put on immortality, then
shall be brought to pass the saying that is written:
"Death is swallowed up in victory."

55  "O Death, where is your sting?
O Hades, where is your victory?"

56  The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin
is the law."

The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the
           GALATIANS

1 : 9, 3 : 11, 5 : 16 - 18

9  "As we have said before, so now I say again, if
anyone any other gospel to you than wat
you have received, let him be accursed."

3 : 11

11  "But that no one is justified by the law in the
sight of God is evident, for "the just shall live by
faith."

5 : 16 - 18

16  "I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not
fulfill the lusts of the flesh.
17  For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the
Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to
one another, so that you do not do the things that
you wish.
18  but if you are led by the Spirit, you are not
under the law.

The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the
            EPHESIANS

2 : 1 - 2, 6 : 10 - 18

1  "And you he made alive who were dead in tres-
      passes and sins,
2    in which you once walked according to the
course of this world, according to the prince of the
power of the air, the sirit who now works in the
sons of disobedience."

6 : 10 - 18

10  "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the LORD and
in the power of His might.
11  Put on the whole armor of God, that you may
be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12  For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood,
but against principalites, against powers, against
the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiri-
tual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13  Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that
you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and
having done all, to stand.
14  Stand therefore, having girded your waist with
truth, having put on the breastplate of righ-
teousness,
15  and having shod your feet with the preparation
of the gospel of peace;
16  above all, taking the shield of faith with which
you will be able to quench all the firey darts of the
wicked one.
17  And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword
of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18  praying always with all prayer and supplication
in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all
perseverance and supplication for all the saints-- ..."

The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the
            PHILIPPIANS

3 : 20 - 21

20  "For our citzenship is in heaven, from which we
also eagerly wait for the savior, the Lord Jesus
Christ,
21  who will transform our lowly body that it may
be conformed to His glorious body, according to the
working by which He is able to subdue all
things to Himself."

The First Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the
           THESSALONIANS

5 : 6 - 8

6  "Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let
us watch and be sober.
7  For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those
who get drunk are drunk at night.
8  But let us who are of the day be sober, putting
on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet
the hope of salvation."

The Second Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the
            THESSALONIANS

3 : 3, 10 - 11

3  "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you
and guard you from the evil one."

3 : 10 - 11

10  "for even when we were with you, we com-
manded you this: If anyone will not work, neither
shall he eat.
11  For we hear that there are some who walk
among you in a disorderly manner, not working at
all, but are busybodies."

The First Epistle of Paul the Apostle to
              TIMOTHY

1 : 18 - 20

18  "This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, ac-
cording to the prophecies previously made concern-
ing you, that by them you may wage the good
warfare,
19  having faith and a good conscience, which
some having rejected, conerning the faith have
suffered shipwreck,
20  of whom are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom
I delivered to Satan that they may learn not to
blaspheme.

The Second Epistle of Paul the Apostle to
                TIMOTHY

2 : 3 - 5, 4 : 3 - 4

3  "You therefore must endure hardship as a good
soldier of Jesus Christ.
4  No one engaged in warfare entangles himself
with the affairs of this life, that he may please him
who enlisted him as a soldier.
5  And also if anyone competes in athletics, he
is not crowned unless he competes according to
the rules."

4 : 3 - 4

3  "For the time will come when they will not en-
dure sound doctrine, but according to their own
desires, because they have itching ears, they will
heap up for themselves teachers;
4  and they will turn their ears away from the
truth, and be turned aside to fables."

The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to
              TITUS

1 : 7 - 12

7  "For a bishop must be blameless, as a steward of
God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given-
to wine, not violent, not greedy for money,
8  but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-
minded, just, holy, self-controlled,
9  holding fast the faithful word as he has been
taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both
to exhort, and convict those who contradict.
10  For there are many insubordinate both idle
talkers and deceivers, especially those of the cir-
cumcision,
11  whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert
whole households, teaching things which they
for the sake of dishonest gain.
12  One of them a prophet of their own, said, "Cre-
tans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons."

The Epistle to the
  HEBREWS

6 : 13 - 15, 7 : 1 - 3, 10 : 26 - 29, 13 : 5 - 6

13  "For when God made a promise to Abraham,
because Hecould swear by no one greater, He swore
by Himself,
saying, "Surely, blessing I will bless you, and
multiplying, I will multiply you." 20(GENESIS 22:17)

7 : 1 - 3

1  "For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of
the most High God, who met Abraham return-
ing from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him,
2  to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all,
first being translated "king of righteousness," and
3  then also king of Salem, meaning king of peace,"
3  without father, without mother, without geneal-
ogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of
life, but made like the Son of God, remains a
priest continually."

10 : 26 - 29

26  "For if we sin willfully after we have received the
knowledge of the truth, there no longer remans a
sacrifice for sins,
27  but a certain fearful expectation of judgment,
and fiery indignation which will devour the adver-
saries.
28  Anyone who has rejected Moses' law dies with-
out mercy on the testimony of two or three wit-
nesses.
29  Of how much worse punishment do you sup-
pose, will he be thought worthy if he has trampled
the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the
covenant by which he was sanctified a common
thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?"

13 : 5 - 6

5  "Let your conduct be without covetousness; be
content with such things as you have. For He Him-
self has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake
you." 38(DEUTERONOMY 31:6, 8; JOSHUA 1:5)
6  So we may boldly say:
"The LORD is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?"39(PSALM 118:6)

The Epistle of
  JAMES

1 : 21 - 24

21  "Therefore lay aside all filthynessand overflow
of wickedness, and receive with meekness the im
planted word which is able to save your souls.
22  But be doers of the word, and not hearers only,
deceiving yourselves.
23  or if anyone is a hearer of the word and nt a
doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in
a mirror;
24  for he observes himself, goes away, and imme-
diately forgets what kind of man he was.
25  But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty
and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but
a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what
he does."

5 : 16

16  "Confess your tresspasses to one another, and
pray for one another, that you may be healed. The
effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails
much."

The Second Epistle of
         PETER

2 : 1 - 22

1  "But there were also false prophets among the
people, evenas there will be false teachers
among you, who will secretly bring in destructive
heresies, even denying the Lord who brought them,
and brng on themselves swift destruction.
2  And many will follow their destructive ways,
because of whom the way of truth will be blas-
phemed.
3  By covetousness they will exploit you with de-
ceptive words; for a long time their judgment has
not been idle, and their destruction does not
slumber.
4  For if God did not spare the angels who sinned,
but cast them down to hell and delivered them into
chains of darkness to be reserved for judgment;
5  and did not spare the ancient world, but saved
Noah, one of eight people,a preacher of righteous-
ness, bringing in the flood on the world of the
ungodly;
6  and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah
into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making
them an example to those who afterward would
live ungodly;
7  and delivered righteous Lot who was op-
pressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked
8  (for that righteous man, dwelling among them,
tormenting his righteous soul from day to day by
seeing and hearing their lawless deeds)--
9  then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly
out of temptations and reserve the unjust under
punishment for the day of judgment,
10  and especially those who walk according to the
flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise author-
ity. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are
not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries,
11  whereas angels, who are greater in power and
might, do not bring a reviling accusation against
them before the Lord.
12  But these, like natural brute beasts made to be
caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they
do not understand, and will utterly perish in their
own corruption,
13  and will receive the wages of unrighteousness,
as those who count it pleasure to carouse in the
daytime. They are spots and blemishes, carousing
in their own deceptions while they feast with you,
14  having eyes full of adultery and that cannot
cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have
a heart trained in couvetous practices, and are ac-
cursed children.
15  They have forsaken the right way and gone
astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor,
who loved the wages of unrighteousness;
16  but he was rebuked for his iniquity; a dumb
donkey speakingwith a man's voice restrained the
madness of the prophet.
17  These are wells without water, clouds carried
by a tempest, for whom is reserved the blackness
of darkness forever..
18  For when they speak great swelling words of
emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh,
through lewdness, the ones who have actually es-
caped from those who live in error.
19  While they promise them liberty, they them-
selves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a per-
son is overcome, by him also he is brought into
bondage.
20  For if after they have escaped the pollutions of
the world through the knowledge of the Lord an
Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in
and overcome, the latter end is worse for them
then the beginning.
21  For it would have been better for them not to
have known the way of righteousness, than having
known it, to turn from the holy commandment de-
livered to them.
22  But it has happened to them according to the
true proverb: "A dog returns to his own vomit."2(PROVERBS 26:11)
and, "a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in
the mire.""

The First Epistle of
      JOHN

3 : 4 - 15, 4 : 1 - 3

4  "Whoever commits sin also commits lawless-
ness, and sin is lawlessness.
5  And you know that He was manifested to take
away our sins and in Him there is no sin.
6  Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever
Whoever sins has neither seen Him or known Him.
7  Little children let no one deceive you. He who
practices righteousness is righteous,  just as He is
righteous.
8  He who sins is of he devil, for the devil has
sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son
of God was manifested, that He might destroy the
works of the devil.
9  Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for
His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because
he has been born of God
10  In this the children of God and the children of
the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice
righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not
love his brother.
11  For this is the message that you heard from the
beginning, that we should love one another,
12  not as Cain who was of the wicked one and
murdered his brother. And why did he murder him?
Because his works were evil, and his brother's
righteous.
13  Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates
you.
14  We know that we have passed from death to
life, because we love the brethren. He who does not
love his brother abides in death.
15  Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and
you know that no murderer has no eternal life abiding
in him."

4 : 1 - 3

1  "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the
test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many
false prophets have gone out into the world.
2  By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit
that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the
flesh is of God,
3  and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus
Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this
is the spirit of he Antichrist, which you have heard
is coming, which is coming, and is now already in the world."

The Epistle of JUDE 5 - 9

5  "But I want to remind you, though you once
knew this, that the Lord, once having saved the people
out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those
who did not believe.
6  And the angels who did not keep their proper
domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved
in everlasting chains under darkness for the judg-
ment of the great day;
7  as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around
them in a similar manner to these, having given
themselves over to sexual immorality and gone af-
ter strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffer-
ing the vengance of eternal fire.
8  Likewise also, these dreamers defile the flesh,
reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries.
9  Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with
the devil when he disputed about the body of Mo-
ses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusa-
tion, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"

THE REVELATION
      of Jesus Christ

3 : 9, 20, 7 : 15 - 1713 : 9 - 10, 22 : 7, 12 - 13, 16, 20 - 21

9  "Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of
Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie--
Indeed I will make them come and worship before
your feet, and to know that I have loved you."

20  "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If any-
one hears My voice and opens the door, I will come
in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."

7 : 15 - 17

15  "Therefore, they are before the throne of God,
and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He
who sits on the throne will dwell among them.
16  "They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst
anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any
heat;
17  "for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne
will shepherd them and lead them to livng foun-
tains of water, And God will wipe away every tear
from their eyes."

13 : 9 - 10

9  "If anyone has an ear, let hm har.
10  He who leads into captivity shall go into captiv-
ity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with with
the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of
the saints."

22 : 7, 12 - 13, 16

7  "Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he
who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book."

12  "And behold, I am comng quickly, and My re-
ward is with Me, to give to everyone according to
his work.
13  "I am the alpha and the Omega, the beginning
and the End, the First and the Last."

16  "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you
these things in the churches. I am the Root and the
Offspring of David, the Bright and the Morning Star."

20  "He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I
am coming quickly." Amen. Even so, come, Lord
Jesus!
21  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you
all. Amen."
