![]() | If you're trying to lose weight I recommend Weight Watchers. You can still enjoy all the foods you love but you learn how to eat healthy and in moderation. I lost over 60 pounds the first time. As for diet soda or water. Water is definitely better for you. Try adding different flavors to your water for a variety. | ![]() |

![]() | Water of course, but without pesticides/herbicides, not easy to find. Water from BonAqua is owned by Coka Cola Company, so because I boycott Coke I don't buy/drink any (waaay too expensive) BonAqua. Real chocolate is not worse than honey, is even better against coughing (theobromine content), and honey may be a risk because of the pesticides it often contains. Salad, but without pesticides and no Iceberg lettuce, it lacks useful nutrients. The chips would be fine so every once in a while if they were fried without the use of hydrogenated fats. Health food is not an easy thing nowadays...., certainly for us city slickers without a dacha and its garden with home grown vegetables. | ![]() |
