I know what you mind about people trying to scam you online.
Scam busters are prevailing and settled down here no doubt.
See first the location stated (in case it's true) then feel free to write them. Always ignore persons locating at Africa regions and countries such as Ghana, Nigeria etc.
In most cases Ukrainian scam is formed by translating agencies who asking for money after 4th email conversation. Solution -
For Russian/Ukrainian scam I strongly suggest to use Google's online translator. Translate all messages from english into russian to ensure yourself that you are talking to the real person .If you receive the respond in russian then move ahead. Generally never send money to anyone ! Keep above and you will find the special one who you're looking for.

ok i have experience with scammers, no one scammers but many many scammers. the first, he/she sent email acquainted, talking about anything, familiy, hobby, etc. second letter still normally but finally will ask the money, money, money and money............................

Any email from someone asking you to correspond with them via an offsite email address, I would suspect. Of course if they ask for money, its a scam. I would say 95% of the woman on this site arent legitimate.....

Omg, it is horrible what scammers try to do here, unfortunately for me 3 years ago I was scammed, a hard lesson to learn. I'm very cautious now, and there are many on this site, on guy "Sparklesup" tried to scam me for $5300 that seem to be the amount they are all looking for. We talked for a few months I even told him about the scammers and in the end he still asked me for money and when I wouldn't give it to him and called him a scammer, he sent me many nasty emails and IM's...I reported him to yahoo and had to close my account, he sent me all kinds of information about where he lived and none was true...so please be careful this site has way to many.

Another guy has two or three different profiles with same picture and different names. I wrote him and told him that he wasn't real either, I beleive he left this site.

I would love to be someone who works for a company to catch these criminals...

I have met a special person recently in this site. Not all are scammers.
It's pretty easy to tell the difference in a scammer and a honest person.
If you have a scammer, waste their time and money..It costs alot of money for these scammers to use the internet services and also the telephone. Play along, get great photos and waste their time.....This is the best way to discourage them.....Oh did I mention it's loads of fun...!!

as long as people are fool enough to send money to people they never met in real, scammers will continue to infest dating sites like here, it's very easy to recognize them from the very beginning, if you correspond with one the best to do is to report him/her to black lists to prevent perhaps someone else from being scammed. one of the best antiscam site is for me http://www.romancescam.com from where i discover my first scammer, interesting infos and it saved me a lot of money.
