I have had to deal with my share of scammers as well. They list a US state and then are actually located in Africa--clue!!, all fake photos (if you start IM'g with them offsite, ie... yahoo, ask for a pic where they look like shit or they look stupid, hehe, either they stop communication or they try to talk there way out of it) if someone is legitimate, they will say they will get a pic to you soon, most of them do. If all the pics they send you look professionally done, THEY ARE.
Just be smart and not fall for it, as soon as they ask for money or personal info, tell them to fuck off, delete there adds from your messanger and report them to this site, make sure to mark them as spam in messanger and you won't have to hear from them ever again, course until they make up a new phony identity...good times, good times.
I, myself play along and let it run it's course, let them run off their sob story, let them think that they've got you and then when they actually grow a couple and try to scam ya...let them have it. have fun with them... I mean you did come here to be amused..right
