Scammers On 4PPL


	Why does this site accept obvious scammers without any attempt to block their IP addresses??? They aren't hard to identify and blocking their IPs also isn't hard so why are the site administrators seem so willing to allow them to ply their 'trade'? My only conclusion is that 4ppl is being run for the benefit of scammers.
