	cape town is a new one..usually they are from Ghana or Nigeria, but be careful.. you have to remember that english is not their native language, so it is never that good... If she asks for money, then you will know for sure:) but not all africans are scammers... even the ones from Ghana.. I have met some very nice people online from africa... Just always remember to never send money..or never accept gifts from them....
