Pain. every Instant

Kundalini energy rose 27 December 2007, while pain increased to 8 out of 10, forcing tears and a desire to cry. My cry was Alleluia, in Mountain Pose, as I bowed to my Lord in joy.

Never is Mother, Father away, even for an Instant, now. Pain is 4 as low as it goes. My karma snd body feel cranky, upset. Yet I smile with bliss.

Happy New Minute. In the moment, while seeing through a glass darkly like Alice, I sing and chant.
