The majority of African people are decent people just like you and me. There are many scam people from many nationalities and ethnic backgrounds.

I do have to say this, thay I do not think every body hear is a spamer or a conman/woman. and haveing gotten cought up in one a few years ago. it did not cost me any money but it was imbarsiing trying to expain what I was doing with frudelent mony orders to the past master. and I can see why we in the us and eruope are targed for these scams, is becouse even with the ecconomic troble in the us the world still sees us as porsperice... i fact by world standreds we realy dont know poverty in the us... when even the poorest amoge us can affored color tvs.. (the the exception of a vary small sub groop) with the schoual safty nets we have never had to watch or children starve, if one of our children gets sick, there is help to get them treated, and if it is an emergacy cass by law the hospotle has to give them nessary treatment reagradis of ablaty to pay. now thay could have that in any contry, if thay learn the skills and work hard to modernize there contrys, and if thay weaded out curption in there govt. and if thay put the effert SOME of thows ppl whom try to scam money form outhers(I say some bacouse most of the ppl in these contrys are hard working and trying to keep them and there famlys alive) would aply som of the affert that thay are puting to stealing outher ppls money just look imagion what thay could acplish... whe I think of what some of thes smell educated ppl could be doing for the qualty of life for there own ppl..
