As you most likely know, one of the biggest aspects of Muay Thai is that it permits clinching, and this has turned into a full blown other level. In layman’s terms, the Muay Thai Clinch allows you to control your adversary and set you up for knees or elbows (but mostly knees). The Muay Thai clinch is also very useful in MMA and UFC fights.
