	Grace Unto You And Peace, Fellow Hikers on the Path of Love and Life, I am a male. I am looking for a female. Not just any female, but a poet. Not any poet, but a female poet between the ages of 49 and 69. I say 49 and will not communicate with someone younger. That doesn't mean that younger women are Junk, but that I prefer women poets approaching my own Treasured age. Why do I look for another poet? Because there is a great chance that another poet will have those personality traits which are important to establishing and developing a relationship: Introversion, Intuitive, Feelings based and Judicial. What are those traits? Try putting into your search engine the words: "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Look-A-Like Test," and then take the test and answer that question by looking up a responsible type-table for successful couples. In other words do not read anything which the authors Keirsey and Bates have written about successful couples because their observations were based on looking at the types of couples who went into marital therapy: they were having problems and eventually divorced. Read Kroeger and Thuesen or Avila for responsible observations not mis- representations. Those of us who have had difficulties in finding suitable "others" have usually been impressed with the Junk and have not known where to search for the Trea- sure. The Treasure, I argue, resides in the personality and the skills of the owner and not in the flashy appearance. Knowing what traits are compatible with me for the long stretch of time, weighs of greater importance than the sudden glare of the flashbulb, or the sudden attraction of the fleshbulb. Better for me to be introduced to Rabi'a of Basra than Marilyn Monroe. Better for me to e-mail Emily Dickinson than Julia Roberts. Better for me to love Elizabeth Barrett than die like browning vegetation. Better for me to lose a love like Sylvia Plath than not to have known such depth before my own death.
