Help! Help! Please!! Equifax.com Allowed NCS, National Credit System to Force me pay off fraudulent charge report
I have been disputed fraudulent charge reported on on my credit report with Equifax.com, but instead Equifax did what was right, which is listen to me, they rather sided with the fraudulent company name NCS National Credit System http://www.nationalcreditsystems.com/ , a company located outside the State I live.
So, here's what the case is about:
I lived in an apartment in 2007 to 08. I paid all my monthly months and at the end of my lease contract, I chose not to release and meanwhile I was looking for another apartment. Therefore, I was able to move out as soon as I found my next home.
Then, I found another apartment, so I moved out. I didn't give them a 30 days notice because my original contract was no longer valid, and being a month to month with no contact, so I was believe that I was in no way reliable to give any notice.
Beside, the landlord charged me $100 more then the original payment I used to pay when I was on the lease. From that point, it emphasizes clearly that the $100 more they charged me, was meant that as a sign of NO CONTRACT.
But the landlord charged me $2018..read more http://www.n1hc.com/9/post/2011/03/equifaxcom-ripoff-allowed-ncs-nation-credit-system-to-force-me-pay-off-fraudulent-charge.html
