I have the same problem clicl on the spam and you will get the messages. then mark the box next to the message and then not spam and it will then go to the inbox and you can then answer the message

Yes I am having the same problem, getting emails sent, telling me I have messages and then go to look for them, and they not there.
Do not understand peoples comments in this Blog, if they do not know just keep quite, thank you.
If anyone else is having problems go and write to: org@boonex.com, or marketing@boonex.com, have sent loads of emails asking why I was being singled out, but it looks like boonx is have major problems. As others members are having the same problem.
No it's nothing to do with spam, (unless someone has altered their settings), clicking on the spam button in your inbox, will only block and report which ever message is tagged.

Someone said go to spam box, if you mark all ones you want to keep and call them 'not spam' they do indeed go to you inbox
