"How often are you Open with your Feelings?" with Options: Always; Usually; Rarely; Never The Question could perhaps become: "How often are you Emotionally Available?" with options of: Always; after short Notice; Usually; I try; Rarely; Never About the Open Feelings possible answers, I selected Usually not Always. Why? Always willing, yes. Choosing the time and the setting can help. Emotional control has high value. Willing, that is key. I try to always be Willing to be Open with Feelings. Yet there are times to refrain, on the way to getting everyone to the car is not a good time to start a key subject. To be open and totally honest with my mate requires 3 or 4 long conversations sometimes. Trust increases when one is able to develop a clear map of the values and emotions of the other.
