Remember communication is a two way street, i once baited a real smooth professional for about six months and almost revealed her true identity!!! alas in the end i was unsuccessful - some actually work within a legal framework and will never directly ask for money. Naturally its not realistic to generalise as their business model is now copied by many around the world . As for their location, well the successful scammers don't tend to stay in Russia but tend to relocate depending on how much money they can earn. Sky's the only limit to their earning potential. A laptop, mobile internet connection and maybe a sunny warm beach on the Turkish coast somewhere : )))) Their IP addresses will show any location they choose, its just a few clicks on the email client software used, email addresses often change - one new email address per customer!!! : )))) their photos easily obtained for one of many Russian social networking sites.
