Two shafts filled with sparkling currents of light shift smoothly as dust flies through a shadowed bedroom where two people on loose bedsheets now lie.
A silent blanket, the quiet breeze, until hanging chimes play erratic keys outside of the window
when the wind starts to tease the swaying of tethered flutes ringing strange melodies.
The sunlight recedes and glittered hallways of light grow faint in their sparkling of dust in its flight.
My eyes tire now yet slightly open a touch then you touch my face and whisper, "I Love you so much".
Your words with the chimes and soft rustling of leaves bring me more visions, Moments of beauty like these.
Outside in the trees two doves sing a last call to the light on your face, into white sheets of sleep you now fall.
So soft are your features. So beautiful as you are. With your wisdom you teach me. With your prayer your care goes far.
Sleep overtakes me as I lay by your side. Having you close when I awake fills my heart full of pride.
I move my head to the right moving slow so I might kiss you full on your lips, stroke your hair, hold you tight.
Feel your cheeks with my fingertips until the sleep my eyes fight.
Closely snug by your body I speak to you softly, "Sweet dreams my love, you know that I will always be by your side tonight and forever". True love never dies
My last words before sleep come out as a sigh, "I love you so much". On my pillow now touched by a tear from my eye.
