You are right about the notice. I think the site admin put that there to try and show they are doing something but the notice is a fake as well as most of the profiles here!

Ive just come across two fake scammer profiles in New Jersey. So while were at it sorting out all the internet cafes in africa, lets do a clean sweep and do North America as well.......

Scammers can move around the world and still sit in a mud hut in Nigger land! I've seen coons turn into whites and females into males on Yahoo simply by not deleting the scum! It's so damn funny hitting them with insults when they do this!

On this site assume it's a nigger scammer until they offer proof otherwise! Failing that look at the coon speak in profiles and just don't bother! The niggers will do exactly the same to online dating as they've done to their homelands! Turn them to wastelands!
