About me

I am honest to a fault. Though often blunt I still try to be kind. I am a single mother of 1. My son is my world, but there would always be room for one more, the right one. I am a very creative person. My second love in life is textile art. I also enjoy music ranging from Celtic, Latin, Country, Classical, Rock, Jazz, Blues even Opera. I love dancing, walking (long walks...5 miles easily and upto 10 miles a couple times per month; weather permitting), swimming, gardening, reading (history and Sci-fi mostly). I am looking for a friend who may turn into the love I've never known. But I'm not in a hurry and after a failed marriage of 10 years, I want to take my time and get the next one right or not at all. I can be very stubborn but not unreasonable. I love animals and children, especially if they are all huddled on my bed curled up watching a movie and eating popcorn (smile). Anything else, ask and I will answer as long as it is an intelligent or kind question. To get to know me is to know my favorite saying, "How a person does one thing is how they do everything". I live my life with love, compassion, consideration and noticing the little details of life which are usually the things that really make life worthwhile.
