What is the most important thing you’ve learned from a past relationship? Give and take. Be civil. Life is too short for pettiness or too much pouting. Work together but keep your self. Laugh and never forget how to stay in touch, it's easier to weather the inevitable tough times that way.I learned that communication is key. Even when you love someone, differences in needs between two people is inevitable. Letting your partner know what you need and finding out what your partner needs at the deepest level is critical to a lasting partnership. Personality: I am easy going and open minded, with a good sense of humor. My friends consider me well balanced, caring, friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and adventurous. Being loyal, affectionate, principled, sentimental, romantic, a good listener, and a strong sense of family are also some of my traits. I am unpretentious and down-to-earth. I think it is the quality of life that is important and not just material items. I believe in fairness and equality and treating others with respect. I am patient and like to help others, and judge them on their own merits and not by a stereotype or superficial labels. I think friendship, love and partnership are important qualities in a family. I think a close family should be an ongoing lifetime commitment, and through this commitment it can produce some of lifes greatest rewards. A husband and wife should be an encouragement to each other, and be examples of good role models for any children. They should also share a mutual respect for each other to have many years of love and happiness together. Swimming, water skiing, river rafting, going to the ocean, and hiking in the mountains are some of my favorite summer activities. In the winter I like to downhill ski in the mountains. I also like to dance, ride horses, or go to the cinema. Roller skating outdoors or riding my bicycle along the paths by our river are fun things also. I enjoy a wide variety of music, and of course traveling too. It is interesting to see and experience new places. I would like to have someone to share these experiences with, and also share some new ones as well.
